Dear Lover

Dear Lover,
Hear my cry out to you, my thoughts my feelings, desires, all parts, every part I open and share fully with you. I am the carrier of my beloved flame, passions burning in me to share with you, my wounds, baggage all shown and fears why should I heal them for you or myself? All the healing I have done is so deep yet their they are still to be felt and yet empathic as I am its not just mine I feel.

I do push and pull so deep, everything is deeply intense with me. I push myself and you lover as I feel that subtle deep connection and desire. I am always healing shifting and changing the path, journey twisting and turning looping over its self again, yet my path is never what I think or see, it changes so much even the future of mine I’ve been shown, it is never set solid in stone, which I may of shared and held on too, but soon as I grasp its gone, our paths are never what we think they are!

You may give me time to heal and you will welcome me back when I have, is that an expectation of the way I react instead of respond at times like maybe I should! Yet I control what I can and chose never to hurt you and I judge myself more than any other, which if it wasn’t a part of love then we wouldn’t do so to see what is playing out for us!

I remember ancient wars before time began, dragons archangels bearing arms, other places, planets, souls with wounds that came here to be all and feel so deep like never before. Everything is real, alive, even those parts we can’t see with our physical eyes, call it by name what you will its there alright waiting to be seen! We try to escape to other places back home to source, yet there is no going back at all, its here all around and within us! Even through all the evil and darkest of dark I have been, the horrendous roles I played, experienced, the nightmares don’t compare unless one has been there!

I carry all this around with me, its apart of all I am, my soul, I even carry all my partners/lovers before, even the ones who I can no bear never more! As I can never let go, do we ever really do so anyway? They are apart of us whatever, even when we try to disconnect that energy, it is still there only it no longer has the pull or effect over you like it once did, it becomes a story you tell of your life, sharing with others my dear lovers!

I carry that energy with me, no peace to be searched for or found, it exists along when we can just be, stop searching for it its already here, embrace so sweetly with all of you, myself I shall!

My Love can you understand the depth I feel in you and see beyond all eternity, you are but a reflection of me, like all the others around me. What you don’t like in them or makes you upset by them is their within you to be embraced and loved, love the negative, dark and shadow never to be pushed aside!

There is a part of me that expects you to see and feel the deep deep connection that is there for many to see! Go down to all the darkest of places to be embraced and that are found so bright in you, can you be found to be able of understanding me completely? I can accept and understand you, yet it will trigger parts of me that I bare to you unconditionally and yet with conditions that I create, manipulate to allow every part of me to be felt so I can return home in my lover’s arms no longer with a deep longing in my heart of the passionate embrace that bares all before, no places to hide I stand vulnerable and naked before you to be swallowed/ devoured completely by love as never before!

Accept me as I am, I accept as you are only to question and share free expression, no longer wanting to be bound by my fears of what I might say or share, so I lay it all out before you dear beloved I implore of you to receive my hearts yearning prayer to all of you! Shall you par-take in the divine lovers dance surrendering to our hearts completely entwined as never before?

Do you really know how dangerous your tampons are to your health?

Who of us know's what goes into the tampons and pads that you used during those 3-5 days every month... chemicals used in the main brands and the waste they cause! Nevermind the health implications to you just think unlike your skin your yoni has alot less protection to what it might absorb!

I went off tampons ages ago and then I found the organic tampons like Natracare and the pads they do http://www.natracare.com but yet still wasn't happy with them then one day I came across the sea pearl http://www.femininewear.co.uk/pearls-sponge-tampons-p-377.html which is natural and bio-degradable and they work wonderfully and simply. Ok you have to rinse them out every so often during the day but I wear them over night with no issues, easy to put in and take out and barely notice them, only time I do is when they get full!


There is what others use the different cups out there but that still never felt quite right to me, of plastic or silicon or latex, some maybe fine with that but me I rather go for more natural, if you use them and like the cups that's great just didn't feel right for me to use them and I am happy with the sea pearl sponges, ok you have to buy the sea pearls every 6 months but well I save money compared to using tampons or pads!

Here are Some Things to Think About:

Nearly all major brand tampons contain synthetic fibers.
Studies have found that Rayon, the synthetic fiber contained in commercial tampons, creates an ideal environment for the growth of the Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, which causes Toxic Shock Syndrome.

Thus why tampons cause vaginal infections such as bacterial vaginosis and thrush, also why tampons cause toxic shock syndrome. Tampax are known to be the most harmful and unhygienic of the harmful and unhygienic because of the materials and chemicals they use on their products as well as their poor history when it comes to protecting women’s lives (TSS in the 1980’s and Dioxin scandal in the 1990’s were both down to their company). Commercial tampons are the only options to have cost women their lives - thus why so many people are trying to get their products taken off the shelves.

And you want fragranced pads or tampons more chemicals that can affect you and stop all your parts functioning naturally as possible.... really many of you are blinded by marketing of certain adverts of these products.... how its ever good to have these chemically fragranced tampons or pads in or under your yoni (vagina) what sense is there!!!!!

Although I am one to be inclined to say that us woman never really used to have menstruation as we know today which is partly down to diet and how we come to believe menstruation is a good thing, well I am still changing my diet and do feel that we barely used to have this issue a while ago as women, and I have to say depends on my diet does depend on how heavy I menstruate! I am on a raw diet, well it's a lifestyle choice and I am not totally raw either do have cooked but am mainly 80% raw food!

Soul Group work

From what I, Wendy, David and Sam got from our soul group circle on wednesday 2nd of June 2010.

Our Intent was to contact the best possible team for our soul group team to work with; to find out about them and to have a message for each of us to benefit from. Each of us received info in our own way but usually there was a common thread. We all went up to the highest layer of clouds on earth in meditative state.

I went up into nice relaxed state floating above earth with the angels asking to be shown our team who was there to work with us and well this being came to me which is a bit like the chinese dragon but it was very dark colour and couldnt make out energy to start with but knew it was ok as checked, also it was kinda bit more spikey than chinese dragon not sharp just more jagedy! lol! It was called Nargthan which is the race name for this being and well it took me down into inner earth darkness and shadows and is there to help balance the shift of pressure. Then after Nargthan showed me this it became most beautiful and bright and radiating light after and I was up again in the place we started from..... so it can change to fit in to show whats required.


Then I was speaking with the Zionions which is a race and Myruss collective from Andromeada and they were very etherial and spirit like in energy but yet form of dolphin and whale energy strongly coming through and they do physically manifest as them on earth in our oceans. Who are here to guide and assist us as they can do so. They were kinda just wafting around in energy but very calming and balancing and yet activating many things at the same time and letting the new energies flow through along the patterns and grid ways of earth!


I had the Arcturians next and felt like in a chamber on their ship just floating in this bubble chamber wonderful energy soothing and healing, and felt others in our group do so as well and it was releasing too and helping us to soak up the new information we were recieving.

Then I saw dark again it was black like crystal ship... it was black and crystal but think battle star galactica ship in that form! They are called the Metaphrons/ Metatrons! When speaking with them I did get this pain down left side of me and I was whoa what is this about and from excuse me!!! To which they said sorry we are just removing the toxins from your body and as they do so from earth they feed of the toxic energy and waste produced and use that energy... yet when there is no more of that energy left they just move on to where it is for them and they leave no damage only help to raise up and remove the old toxic and even new toxic energy. This is done from their own vibrational space..... as I was there looking and they working on me they are kinda dark looking beings! not in vibration though! It was like I was in the same space as them and them working on me yet I was in an entirely different universe without really having to travel.. no portal or stargate just simply from where I was to them instantly and they just work from where they are to here... very different but yet wonderful in many ways!

Next I got Dragons coming in that seem to be around us quite alot lately... huge beautiful dragons helping us and guarding.. these are from Alpha Draconis yet nothing to do with others who come from there, they are the guardians and keepers of certain codes and energies and the templars and are here to help open up the new frequencies to get the "free energy" to be easily accessible and put into work more and more much like how Mu, Lemuria and Atlantis used to function on and so do the craft, yet the dragons just travel with out craft as they are like the fairies and angels hey just go through to where they are needed.... coming from Alpha Draconis as they are bringing back what was taken and hidden there by others that is now for earth and others to work with once again!


Then I was just getting to the Engineers and the mechanics that popped up saying we are behind the Engineers! So now I have another name for the engineers thanks to work done on saturday with Wendy! Which is Actuarians (not to do with arcturians these are Actuarians) These engineers are quite high beings but interfered with things and us for a long time... on sat it was these in Atlantis that I had crystals placed in me as a child that thought would be wonderful tech but well down the line has had some negative impact too... now its all positive by keeping vibrations high and in the stream!  I got the impression the mechanics had enough of the way the engineers have been controlling and impeeding quite a few of us whilst giving us information..... they are both Actuarians yet different tasks in different ways! These beings are ones that we would of spoken to at times but totally forgot the experience of doing so! They are on our team as they would like to rectify some things as the mechanics of them have pointed out and there is a willing and able team of the Actuarian Mechanics and Engineers to help us....... with what part maybe working with crystals and tuning into what is very possible through them of energy source in various of ways more physically than before!


Wendy ~ was taken by the angels higher to another group who looked like the council of 12. Surprisingly the leader was not happy having to deal with us. They were not totally in accord with God's love light and truth so she went higher and met some beings who were Sirians. They showed her a world that was full of technology but very little green. They did not want Earth to end up the same way. They are semi physical on their own world but its lighter than ours so to us they are not physical. They are bigger than us and can be taken as Angels. They told her that I had a dark shadow following her. It was held in place by crystals in her body since Atlantis. This rang true to Emily as she'd been told about the shadow before and thought it had gone. Sam was shown to Wendy as a warrior queen having released all the programs and limiting behaviour of her conditioning. David was shown to Wendy also as a warrior with armour and lance. His helmet had a narrow slot so that he could only see one way. This was so he would focus and not get distracted by other interesting stuff. Wendy asked about his back and saw herself there to guard it.

When doing some healing work on clearing the blocks to new ideas and new technology, Wendy saw the block fall away and also saw the earth with lots of climate change ~ rain in the desert and forests in Siberia.


Sam ~contacted beings larger than us who said they were the NOW. There was  a lecture hall and she had to teach them how to make their eyes glow and shimmer. There was a hearse (doom and gloom) transforming into a crysalis (new life). We have to create the NOW and bring the whole world into the NOW. A baby turned into a foetus then a ball of Light.

David ~ got some names of Beings, Shish, Bozil, Morroshow. They were a family group with an energy of fire and passion. They were clearing a path for us and protecting us. We were the light and they were like the windows of a lighthouse. Thye wished to understand our environment. This group have family on Earth and they have been overcome with darkness so they want to help. They used the energy lines in the earth not portals. (This ties in with what Wendy was also told.)
The message was, the highest vibrations will prosper, darkeness is being uncovered now, the frequency of light is being raised and it will lift us all. Energy streams are all around us and we don't have to struggle to develop, we just tap into a stream and we are there. Its like an escalator, all of a sudden we are there. Many souls will be leaving the earth soon- in waves- don't get caught up with the fears around cataclismic events.
 

After what we all got we asked if we were required to heal mother earth in anyway to which we go the answer no at this time but to please work on help remove the barriers to technology that can help everyone live and use free energy and those who have been blocking the access of this help to allow it to come through and more be easily accessible to everyone!

Well I saw the earth with all these blocks and walls on her that to be removed through love and forgiveness as the ones who are really fighting against all the tech coming out in the open were so resistant in energy and kept trying to put the blockades back up and yet soon as the love and forgiveness of what they done they simply could no longer hold that energy and had to be open to letting it flow and there was much light flowing around once where the blockades were! Those who resisted the change in vibration just had to find that vibration they clung on to else where and others shifted into the vibration of being open and sharing the information out there and making everything more accessible to all!

Energy shifts, Stargates, Seagates, Oil Spill, Consciousness shift.

There is a lot of energy shifts going on right now that seems to becoming the norm in many ways, yet there are just some energies that speak a bit louder than others! As a friend pointed out its more weird than the weird! This is something to do with that the mass consciousness is changing for the better more and more are waking up and becoming aware which is so wonderful as the information is getting out there in which ever means it is! The hundredth monkey effect is taking place!




Yet this is something that I feel is happening the Stargates and Seagates are starting to come online more and more and even the ones that have been controlled, I strongly feel they have no control over anymore to their affect! The gates are activating to help the changes that are going on. I say its down to our consciousness changes the more we come together the more this technology can help us! They are gateways to other places, universes, planets and yet they are part of earths grid system now! Oh and they are some seagates and stargates that some can not get to, they may know where they are but never been used like some others have as they haven't the knowledge of how to use some of them and also through the energy shifts some are doing their own things the gates are! This network between them and even the likes of the stone circles is working with the gates too as they are also gateways and so are the pyramids in one form, which are resonators, generators too!

The other day after the meditation to heal the oil spill, or volcano as it seems more to be in many ways, I felt this pressure build up there, which applies to many places over earth there is a balance to be done pressure has built up for such a long time and has been out of balance and now earth is asking us to help the balance with the shifts that are happening. Yet they are saying the oil spill is bigger than is known to be, with the underwater plume as whats on top and the the gas that came out too! Yet even in our consciousness we can change how all this goes down ~

~There is a story about some sailors in a small boat lost out at sea after abandoning ship and they ran out of supplies and fresh water to drink. So they all started to think and imagine and dream of fresh water around them and what it would taste like, after awhile one of them did cos of thirst tried the sea water from around the boat and low and behold it was fresh drinking water no salt! So all those who are sending energy to mother earth and to seal the wound up and to help the ocean become clean again and all the beings in her oceans to be free from the effects of the oil and gas, we are having an affect already and are very much changing the outcome of it all, so when you hear the news of it being worse than they originally said and be grateful for the information presented to you to show you that there is still work to be done, for us still to work together, and yet the wheels are in motion already for it to all to be healed fully now. Some results are being seen in the actions of others and yet some is taking a little bit more to show, as it is still being strongly asked of us by mother earth to help with this shift to heal and bring her back into full beauty of this eden everywhere not just in select places! To see that beauty now in the oceans even though there is pollution, on land everywhere see the love and light through it all and it allows the change to happen.

To send love and forgiveness out to all those involved and even ourselves too, yes BP should take more responsibility for what has gone on but so should other oil companies and the other companies involved! They are in a world where its down to figures of money that matter well if we change how we react to them as we are already doing so then that will change more than it is already doing so!

I know many of us are doing anything we can in our own ways to help earth and everyone through our hearts to show the way forward is no longer through fear or wars but by coming together with our individuality that we each have working in our own ways and yet as one through our hearts in love and light! We are guardians of earth along with every other being who chooses to be here to show us back to our heart energy and to work with nature and to stop trying to conquer her! We are being shown the way forward and to take notice from all our friends who are so unconditionally loving towards us!

Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill Healing the Wound and Dispersing the Oil Meditation

What I have seen so far is all these amazing energies from people around this wonderful light being sent to the gulf of mexico to heal up this wound in the ocean floor.

For me personally so far this is what I have seen and felt and will back later on and look again too......

It was all very dark the ocean floor and then I went into the oil and asked why are you continuing to pour out and the answer was the pressure needed balancing before the hole could be closed up... so I allowed the pressure to balance on both sides of the wound.... then there was vortexes around the oil that had been coming out of the wound pulling it back down into where it came from so to help the balance and enable the wound to close up.

The oil that was left in the ocean affecting the beings there also had vortexes around it of beautiful light and I also asked anything that could clean the oil out of the ocean water to transform it so it no longer causes harm and some form of bacteria like beings were there to help do so! I was also hearing frequencies and seeing them to help the oil shift from our ocean and also frequency that would close the wound up in the ocean floor and balance the pressure once again!

I left all this in progress and I also sent love and light to all those involved in this even those who have created this situation and forgiveness too as in some ways they are only part of the game and ok some have to be held accountable for this to stop happening but yet be shown love and forgiveness too as well so we are stepping away from the reality that they created into the beautiful wonderous reality that we are creating right now for all by coming and working together through our heart energies! I will share more soon!

The Oil Spill in the Gulf Coast

Can we all please stop looking at this as such a larger disaster that nothing much can be done about and start to change the frequency of this event so we come together and change it that we can do.... we all have this innate ability to heal and if we come together with frequencies of love and light we can heal this wound of mother earth that has been given to us so we come together in love ..... anger is ok but we have to let go of having to crucify and blame others... to take responsibility is good yet we all are responsibly in some way.........

So lets come together and learn from our friends dolphins and whales and use frequencies we have to heal this cut of mother earth for oil is her blood that she gives to us and we all can without going to using other deadly products heal this cut and bleeding, just as our bodies can heal our cuts and wounds yet mother earth is asking us what we really want at this time.......

So lets all come together seeing this wound healed and the oceans...

Vibram Five Fingers

I have these Vibram Five Fingers Sprints for sale they are lilac and size W41 Unfortunately they don't fit and I had fitting advice they are about 1 inch to big totally gutted as took awhile to get them as got from Europe and post took awhile, when I got things from usa in 4 or 5 days these took over 14 days barmy isnt it? lol

So I am selling these so I can others that fit they are gorgeous in the flesh so if your feet are size 7 and half or eights these will fit you.

I am a 6 to 61/2 to 7 depending on what shoes I get as I followed the measurement to the guide and these came out too big and I could of had some sooner from the UK oh well never mind.
